Really nice lounge that is located directly across the street from the LIRR Massapequa train station ( great for non drivers ). Ample seating, friendly and courteous staff, plenty of TV's, very nice walk-in humidor and they are a Davidoff Appointed Merchant.

The guy in the golf outfits that looks like Luke combs is really rude. I dont go in much any more to avoid him. I used to go in and he’d try to give me a tray when I tell him I’m picking out only one cigar. He always insists and seems annoyed. Then when it’s time to pay he just looks uninterested or welcoming. He just does the transaction and doesn’t make eye contact. No “have a good day” or anything after. I had to ask him if that was it a couple of times and he just looks at the ground and goes “yup….”. I used to hang out here and buy cigars that weren’t cheap. I would never sit in the same place with him ever now. I’m giving this review 2 stars bc I do like the selection of cigars here. DUMP THE GOLFING LUKE COMBS!

My boyfriend and sister love this place! It's like their home away from home! They have a intricate supply off cigars and cigar products such as cigar cutters and humidors. This place has a elegant cigar lounge atmosphere.

Guy working there seemed frustrated by my lack of knowledge but I told him I’m very new. I came to get my husband his favorite cigar brand. He also didn’t give me the ziplock bags that are normally given with the cigars. I suggest training employees to be more understanding of new comers. I don’t know cigars, but I know what my husband likes and wanted to surprise him. I’m also on a tight budget because I’m a student. It’s simple: none of that warrants any rudeness from the guy working there. It’s not a super hard thing to be understanding of. I left feeling a little irritated by the whole interaction. I haven’t had an interaction like that in a cigar shop before. Usually people are much more understanding and chill when I go in. Overall he seemed very judgmental. Tossed my changed at me.
