This is going to be a strange review so I apologize in advance. The store itself was good and the staff friendly. I am not a customer but brought a family member who is and they seemed satisfied. My only issue is that I grew up in the area and I'm happy that the Rez is self sufficient but sad that it seems so... different than it was when I was a kid and the shops and gas station and such weren't even a realistic thought yet. There is still incredible potential there but sadly, the area has changed too much. I still appreciate the excellent customer service and wish the People well.

I have been going here for years. About a month ago I informed them that a brand of cigarettes were not sealed at the filter. I went back this week stating I lost 50% of the cigarettes due to the same reason. I spent over $200 I did not get $100 worth of cigarettes back. They gave me 4 packs. I won’t be going back ever again. I feel like I was robbed. That’s not customer service!

They were very helpful. They didn't have cigarettes I was looking for . But they matched the price on other brand cigarettes. I recommend them anytime .

I've been shopping here ever since it was called Charise smoke shop. I loved the food when Nana's soul food was there too, I wish Nana's soul food was still there, but even through the changes they always remained honest & professional & personable. I always recieved a warm welcome & always left smiling. The prices are fair & having a savings prog. card makes it all the more better. They have great deals & prices on cigarettes and amazing locally handmade candles and air fresheners among other great things including stunningly beautiful handmade dream catcher's. You've gotta go check out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
