"My husband and I have been coming to this smoke shop for years, and unfortunately the customer service from some of the employees continues to be disappointing. During our visit on Sunday evening (June 7, 2026), around 6:00–7:00 PM, my husband was greeted by the security guard, who is always friendly, professional, and helpful. After selecting his cigars, he approached the register and greeted the employees. One employee did not respond to his greeting. My husband then asked a question about a product, and the employee behind the counter ignored him completely. The security guard overheard the question and was the one who answered it. After my husband placed his items on the counter, he expected the employee to complete the transaction. Instead, the employee walked away without saying anything, mumbled something under his breath to another employee, and left her to take over the register. There was no explanation, no communication, and no basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced rude or dismissive behavior from some of the staff, which is why I often choose not to go inside the store myself. The one person who consistently provides excellent customer service is the security guard. He is welcoming, respectful, knowledgeable, and always treats customers with kindness. Customer service matters. People spend their hard-earned money where they feel valued and respected. We have supported this business for years, but experiences like this make it difficult to understand why basic courtesy seems to be such a challenge for some of the employees." "Management should recognize the security guard for his professionalism, because he consistently provides the level of customer service that customers should be receiving from all staff members."

Josh was awesome !!!! Guided us right in !!! The 2 guys behind the counter were friendly funny and awesome ! Got in an out fast !!! Definitely coming back !!!! Vicki ( not Jayson ) lol

Came down for their Whiskey Day event and it was amazing! They brought in a mobile cigar lounge from Event Pros offering a nice ambiance to sip whiskey and smoke some cigar! They were selling a nice cigar bundle for a fantastic price! I can’t wait until their next event!!!

They LIED! Not only do you have to BUY something for $10 to get the free; when I went to complete transaction I was not ONLY told they had NO MORE OF YHE FREE, they had the nerve to offer pre rolls and something else random. SCAMMMMM

The staff here is very helpful and friendly, especially the manager Jill! Their stock is incredible, the store is always clean. They have great hours and the free coffee is bonus!!
