great products , great hookah selection ,friendly staff

I recently visited Smokes Heaven and was utterly baffled by my experience. The store was filled with an assortment of clouds, each one playing the violin in a different key. The walls seemed to be made of marshmallow, but when I tried to taste them, they whispered secrets about the ocean. The cashier was a parrot, reciting Shakespeare while juggling smoke rings. The products? Invisible, yet they smelled like the color purple. I left with a purchase that I can't see but can certainly feel in my dreams. Smokes Heaven is definitely not what you expect – it's more like a surreal dream where logic goes to vacation. Five stars for the confusion!

If you know exactly what you're getting this is a great place to get your stuff. You need to be careful when you ask for certain things because the owner has a dishonorable policy of allowing his employees to make misleading statements about certain products to con you into spending your money on something you didn't need or want and then once you come to the realization you got the wrong item he will tell you there are no returns or exchanges even though you were fed false information to lure you into spending your money. Just be careful.

Y'all really need to update y'all business hours. It's currently 9:12pm EST and y'all are closed and according to Google, y'all stay open til 10pm This is the 2nd time this has happened 🤦🏾‍♂️😒

The first time I went in here, the employee was trying to get me to hit something I had no idea what it was, his friend is staring at me and clearly he’s been hitting something all day, he said they had yocan which they didn’t and when I had to buy an off brand version it was like double the price and I called to say I’m unhappy with it and they have no return no exchange and frankly seemed like he didn’t care at all. Can’t imagine he gets paid enough to care
