My new favorite card store! I still send cards and handwritten letters every month. Owners were so helpful and wonderful selection of cards and gift items! I love to shop local!

Awfully cheap and sleazy customer service. 1) I bought a part of a vapor unit about a month ago for $19.99 2) I came back June 19, 2016 and asked to buy another as I had broken the first one. I was told it was $39.99. When I said I paid $19.99 last time and it is advertised all over the web for +/-$18, I was told it was a mistake and the charge would be $29.99. 3) I added a Gatorade to my order and spent 10 minutes waiting for the workers to ring it up. I paid with a debit card. After lots of trouble with machine and more minutes passing, I signed for $35.40 and left with my device and receipt. 4) Checked bank statement and saw charges of $35.40 and $35.08 from the same place, same time. I had only made one purchase. 5) I mentioned it to the staffer a few days later and showed him the statement on my cell. He looked at me like there was nothing he could do. 6) I returned today and gave the original receipt, bank statement, etc. Spent 1/2 hour in the store while the staffer confirmed everything by video, down to the second with video so clear you could see every # on the machines and ever millimeter of the store. 7) Was finally told after 1/2 hour (the staff helped 20 other customers while I was waiting) TO COME BACK TOMORROW. 8) I said I didn't need a credit, I'd spend the equivalent amount, I'd take cash for less, but that I had already wasted an hour. 9) "My Boss says no - I'm sorry buddy - there's nothing I can do." 10) Called the boss - he told me he couldn't do anything until he spoke to the bank. 11) This place makes hundred of transactions of similar amounts per day. My complaint was proved correct. They were too cheap to give $35 in double-charge back to a customer. 12) My bill showed NON TAXABLE MATERIAL on it. Showing it wasn't subject to NYS Sales Tax, presumably. But, the amount due was increased by 8.625%, the Nassau County Sales Tax amount. So, I'm guessing that this is a scam as well. 13) While in the store waiting, I had to listed to the arrogant jerk telling me how they catch people stealing cigars every single day and how great their systems are. But, even after proving they owed me $35, they were too cheap to refund it. They said that they never received it, but showed no proof of what they had received. The place is a mess, filled with thugs, selling lottery tickets non-stop while you try to buy a soda or anything else. It can take 10 minutes of BS to make any purchase there. Shop anywhere else. I told the owner to shove the $35 up a private location. I'd spent over $500 in the past 6 months. I'll never return. Don't shop there. Scam artists. Illegal video poker machine hidden in the back corner. Yeah, it's for fun only. Stores like that love putting in over 21 amusements for fun only, not to make illegal profits. So, while they charge you sales tax and collect gaming revenue, I'd rather see it go to someone who pays it in to the state, seeing as we're all taxed enough. It seems like a fishy operations. Sleazy!

Decent selection of cigars to choose from. The guys are friendly and the guy I spoke to did have a fairly good knowledge of cigars. The only negative is that there are some cigars with mold on them, so, be wary of that before choosing your cigars

Very nice. This store has beers, cigars and other items for gentleman. The store staff is pretty helpful too
