Entering a smoke shop is intimidating, typically for a new smoker. The lady was so NASTY! When I entered, she said in a very harsh tone. “Are you here to get something” How about saying, “Hello, how are you?” I would have even accepted it if she didn’t say anything to me. I'm obviously here to get something. Duh!!! I turned around and instantly left. Update... May 6, 2022 This business owner reached out to me to follow up on the review I left. I didn't speak with her, but the mannerism of the text was incredible. It's nice to see when business owners go out there a way to make things right. As a business owner myself for over 20 years, I must say every day can't be a good day. We must consider that periodically we’re a little off, and I personally may have received the message improperly. It's never my intent to eradicate the reputation of any company. Still, when I see a black LADY as a business owner, I'm impressed with them and have all intents to support them. I will give you guys another try when I'm in Mount Vernon. Many blessings and great success.
