I would be remiss if I didn’t take the time to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received the other day from the young woman there I nickname sleepy, likely because she is so overworked. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient, answering all of my questions while assisting multiple customers at the same time. I have owned and operated more than 25 retail shops myself, and I was so impressed that I even offered her 10% more than whatever she is making now to come work for me. She turned it down out of loyalty to her boss. At one point I accidentally overpaid, and when she caught the mistake, I told her to keep the extra money as a tip. She refused. It is hard to find good, honest people these days. This is a great shop, and the owners are very lucky to have such an outstanding employee. I have heard the owner treats the employees well, but business is business. If you happen to see this, “Sleepy,” the offer is now 15%. Apologies for the nickname, but you get older and forget names.
