Rip Off. Never once was explained their products are not real thc. I was passing through town, and was in a rush to properly check, the fine print on the label was way too small to notice and not printed clearly, probably on purpose. Deceptive store. They're basically stealing people's money. Hopefully you've read this before you bought anything, all the other reviews are true.

It was hard to find, but within the comments, the owner says they don’t sell delta-9 thc. Delta-9 thc is the primary component to experience the effect you are hoping for. Customer service was good, but selling products that don’t deliver the expected experience is not sustainable.

UPDATE: they replied that they clarify that they don't sell delta9, yet they don't. There is no signage, there is not even labels on the flower they sell you. Plus, if they clarify, then how come everyone I've spoken to is dumbfounded by the revelation that they don't sell cannabis with THC in it? In fact, everyone has asked me, "well what is it then?" And I don't know, because they don't clarify what it is that they're selling. Very, very, very disappointed to find out by reading another Google review that this establishment doesn't actually sell cannabis with THC in it. (Delta 9=THC) Also, they claim to be transparent, yet nowhere do they say that they don't sell cannabis, and everyone I've pointed this out to was unaware as well. Even in the reply to the other review, they claim that they are a cannabis retail store which is different than a cannabis dispensary, yet there is no such designation under the new law. You either have a license to be a medical dispensary, or an adult use recreational dispensary. The license they have is called a "cannabinoid hemp retail license" and you can look this up on the OCM website. Will be making sure everyone I know is also aware that Spacebound does not in fact sell cannabis with THC in it.

Make this make sense (and I’ll be using round numbers to simplify a real policy they have): let’s say the most expensive strain is $50 per 8th. They advertise that if you purchase 7grams (2 8ths), instead of it costing $100, it would be $85. That’s great, but here’s the thing, they have to be the same strain. A discount is not given at 7grams if you would like a 8th from 2 different strains. Even if both strains are $50 per 8th! When asked why that is, they didn’t really have an answer. Instead they proposed a scenario, “what if a customer wants to mix and match down to the gram?” Well that wasn’t what I was trying to do. It’s as simple as “bulk discounts can only be applied to merchandise of equal value, and may only be divided by the 8th”. FYI everything about THC is 8ths. 8th of an ounce, quarter ounce 2/8, half ounce 4/, then an ounce. Here’s the kicker, I was told that the they would only mix strains if you purchase an ounce, and even then you can only choose two. Like I said the numbers aren’t specific, just round for simplicity(though they are close to the actual prices) but get this… imagine just 4 people a day walk out because of this policy. Youre losing $85 over $15. At 4 people a day that’s $340 walking out for no reason. Over $2300 a week, over $9500 a month, for NO REASON! GGz

READ BEFORE BUYING! Sellers should emphasize the lack of Delta9THC in all the product! All Products are using synthetic cannabinoids THC-O and HHC which have not been researched enough for my personal comfort. A friend of mine was misled and misled me into thinking New Ro would have one of the first cannabis dispensaries since recreational legalization but this is Not the case. Back to New Jersey we go. Customer service was Great though returning my products, was quick and easy.
