If you need a cigar in a pinch this is a decent spot. I would not go out of my way for it. But it’s there if you need it.

Absolutely disgusting business they’re running here. I went to buy a pen on the go for a trip, when I arrived at my vacation for the weekend the pen didn’t charge and didn’t turn on. When I got back to return it, (credit card didn’t even clear it) they refused to refund me for the defective product they sold to me. This business has no integrity, don’t go here ever, even for conscience, they’re terrible.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars after the customer service I received. I tried to purchase an item behind the glass and they would not let me purchase it. Instead, they forced me to buy a product that does not work. When I came to return the defective item, I was told that they had a strict 2 week policy even though I didn’t even receive a receipt from them and this was the first time I had heard about it. The man behind the counter was also extremely condescending and said that I must not have known what I wanted if I was convinced to buy a different item. A shame. This was the 4th purchase I have made from them, and trust me, I will not be returning again.

Broadway Tobacco House customer service is very excellent. The people are very nice very polite very humble and the prices are so reasonable.
