Unreasonably high prices any time I come here. Last week my white female neighbor bought an off brand vape battery for $10. Today I was quoted $20 and given a rude side eye when I asked if he could chop off $5. I’m from this neighborhood and my out of town friends get treated better than I do solely based on skin color and I’m so beyond tired of it. Godless moral lacking people.

Came here while on vacation to buy some cigars. Sadly, I had a negative experience with the manager. My card was charged twice after I bought $30 worth of product. I brought this up to the staff who told me to come back when a manager was present. The manager INSISTED I bought two different products worth 60 total. WRONG!!

This is one of the nicest places to go for a good cigar. I found them to be knowledgeable, extremely clean and bright inside. They truly cared about finding out what I preferred. The walk in humidor has a great selection with different price points. Love this place.

Big store they have hooks haha available but no flavors . That's weird I wouldn't even buy hookah from them. Get more flavors get more customers

I'm a smoking neophyte with no prior experience destroying my body with cancerous air (unless you consider BBQ as eating smoke then I am doomed!). I was dropped off around the area and this place caught my eye. I was with a friend who quit smoking and from time to time enjoys a cigar. The store is huge as mentioned by Phil H. There was only 1 person shopping beside us. I told the guy upfront that I'm a newbie and he led us to the humidor. He nicely told us that we have to leave our bottle of water outside the moist room but we could bring our bags in with us. So, I don't think they are worried about you stealing tobacco sticks as mentioned by Phil H. but he is more worried about some shumck ruining the temperature/humidity sensitive room. Okay okay I'd be worried about people stealing too. These cancer sticks are expensive! The guy was very helpful in asking me which brands to start off with and the duration of the smoking I'd expect to smoke. I thought it was nice of him to ask and consider the time because I'd hate to smoke a 30 minute stud but only enjoy it for 10 minutes. I'd would definitely come back to get more 'information'
