This shop has an excellent variety and selection of cigars. The employees are welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable — and will offer helpful recommendations. I finally decided to check out this shop, after passing by it on countless occasions — and I wasn’t disappointed. There’s an incredible, floor-to-ceiling selection of cigars in their special climate controlled humidor room. Apparently, they even have an in-house cigar lounge to enjoy your purchases! The prices are certainly not cheap — but you’re paying for the high-quality products, location, and the stellar experience.

Extremely good customer service! Exceeded all expectations. Kudos to Enrique!!! Given that the store is on Madison and I’m sure they cater more to high end customers, I really appreciated how generous and kind they were even with everyone that walked in, including myself. There was no pretentiousness, which sometimes is common with other stores. They gave options, they weren’t pushy, and they helped me select a great choice. Appreciate the wonderful customer service - means a lot!!!

The staff are truly world class I was visiting New York from Thailand for a couple of days and stopped in here where I was served by a black guy called Kevin (I think) and an equally friendly Latina woman whose name I wish I could remember Between them, they have made me a lifelong fan of this place and I am excited to return in future Thank you both for the memorable experience and being so accommodating 🙏

Loved our visit and smoke. Very well taken care of by the team. Enjoyed a Davidoff Nicaragua Robusto after a full day of meetings!

Great product with insane NY prices. No regrets just wish I could have bought more but got to keep within the budget.
