Been going here since 2009. All the staff have been so nice & helpful. Two already retired. The best sales associate is Becky, she's been my go-to-person, always willing to assist esp when purchasing gifts for love ones. Wish they would have the other brands back. I'd give it a 5 stars if not for their manager, Ken who changed since he probably became a manager. He's not friendly as before and he will watch your every move in the store. Good for him, manager/security too. DFS of NY is different now.
