Wasn't nice to me at all. Wanted my id before even allowing me to see a non tobacco item. Then he wouldn't allow me to read it. The vape said non tobacco but was full of nicotine. His behavior could've been racially motivate

Very rude customer service. Will not return. I've been in the shop no less than 15 times and every time the young man asks me for ID - I'm 52! years old- and he treats me with mild disdain. Tonight, I simply asked about the different flavor vapes and was told, "They're all the same." Asked if I could see the box to check it out for myself and was told, "No, show me your ID." Totally agree with a previous review that this guy has no interest in being in the shop and in providing anything close to decent service. There are many smoke shops in the city. Don't go to this one.

Jubilee smoke is a gem of a store in NYC for vaping. If u are looking for a pen to use with your cartridge, bring the catridge with you as they have a lots of different varieties. You can test them out since not all em might work with your cartridge because of different oils.
