5:20 AM, thought it was 24 hours. Guy’s just sitting behind the counter. I walk in, start looking through the closed glass shelves—no touching, no sliding, just browsing like a normal person. He walks over uninvited, asks “what can I get?” I explain I need a 18-to-14 adapter for my bong—guy has zero clue, gets rushy and rude. I find one that might work, but he can’t even tell me if it’ll fit—no testing, no help. Says “no refunds” like I’m an idiot. I grab a glass oil burner bowl too, then say “I’m gonna look around a bit more”—he snaps “I’m trying to pray.” Bro, I’m not even in your face. Handed everything back, he just says “bye.” Zero service, zero brains. Don’t waste your time—go somewhere that doesn’t treat customers like intruders.

Store is NOT 24 hours! They open at 7am-10pm

The staff is very welcoming and helpful, with a good range of products from which to choose. I enjoy shopping there for everything from basic groceries, to their extensive supply of smoking products, including probably the best humidor Uptown that I've ever come across.

Terrible customer service here! A vape started leaking 16 hours after I paid $40 for it (they even acknowledged I just had gotten) and they said because its not a battery issue they wont replace!? wow! DO NOT WASTE HARD EARNED CASH HERE!

This store getting greedy how price of soda go from $3 to $4 make matters worse candy went up again $1.50 to now $2 I'm done with this place corporate greed at its finest u not upper east side to charge those ridiculous prices I'm hona stop being lazy walk to their competition 4 blocks away highway Robbery smh plus manager have no personality he's act like he doing me a favor 😂
