Bought an empty juul pod from them yesterday but it was a faulty item and is not not reopening. Have been calling for the past hour to see if I can exchange it so I dont waste money going there if they aren’t issuing my exchange but they haven’t even been answering the phone. Very unsatisfied customer due to them not answering the phone or anything bc it’s a great product, I just want one that works how it’s supposed to.

This place is great because they have what you need and the customer service is great. They are very kind and helpful on what kind of item you should buy and they have what you need. Definitely recommend, will be back for more.
