Honestly I’ve never been inside so I can’t rate of how the place was but me and my friend were looking for a place to quickly eat our food we had ordered from another restaurant nearby that had no seating when we came across this place. We sat outside and not even a minute later a women came outside and rudely told us that it was not a lounge and when we offered to make a purchase of a drink or anything to just sit at the place she quickly told us that it didn’t matter and it wasn’t a lounge. I work in hospitality and completely understand that we couldn’t sit there (I didn’t know until the lady told us) but her attitude was completely unacceptable she was very rude about it and could have politely asked us not to sit outside but instead she came at us with rude and nasty attitude. She had fair skin, dark hair that was tied back and a white shirt and black pants. Honestly some of the worst service i’ve seen in new york. I wouldn’t even come back to enjoy the spot just because of the terrible impression.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience in that place yesterday. The drinks were not good, and the customer service was terrible. I don’t recommend this place. They also have an LGBTQIA+ flag, but I felt the manager treated me differently than others.

Came here to see the HESS TRIANGLE didn’t go inside the store, it was cool to see ,the area is pretty live with the night life, and the Pizza in the area is great

I’ll definitely go back for everything. The staff attitude, the food , the atmosphere. 100% wow!!! My first time there and most definitely NOT the last. Thank You 👍🏾 for your service

The staffer behind the counter was so helpful, answered all my questions and schooled me on cigars. 10/10 recommend.
