My father-in-law and I spoke to Steve while we were getting lottery tickets. Steve was originally from the lower East side of Manhattan but now resides in the area around Newburgh New York. The store itself is always well-maintained and organized, making it easy to navigate the various lottery options. He's incredibly friendly and approachable, always greeting customers with a genuine smile. There is literally NOTHING bad I can say about this Smokes 4 Less location. First of all it's ALLLL GOOOD because Steven is totally the BEST thing they've got going. My motto is to play where the energy is good. Coming from the BX, TRUST this IS the place to play. My wins are good, but....I keep playing anticipating I too, will be a Top Tier winner because of Steven...!!! Thank you Steven for ALWAYS being accommodating with my "list". We all APPRECIATE that. Wish I could put less. This place NEVER stays open until the time that is listed. Closed at 6:30 on a Saturday?? Ridiculous. Not the first time I’ve shown up over an hour before the listed close to some person standing there just saying “sorry. Closed” and shrugs their shoulders. Transaction would have taken 2 minutes.

All staff members are super nice and very personable, most know my name, ask about my family and work, even when it’s very busy. I appreciate knowing that I’ll be walking into a store with a friendly face behind the counter no matter who is working that day. In all honesty, I’ve had some stressful days recently and felt better leaving the store than I did walking in bc sometimes polite conversation and a few laughs can go a long way. Thanks for being awesome!

One of the girls that are working there today, is very rude, 4-1-24. She was on the right hand register. I ask her to give me separate tickets and she starts yelling I can't do that, meanwhile the other girl just did it for another customer. She's screaming across the room yelling its closed go home to customers running to lock the door. She is not friendly and has a negative attitude. I hope next time I come She is not there because I will not go to her register. Can't deal with negatively
