Very friendly staff. Super helpful and knowledgeable too. They always take the time to answer questions or show you different equipment or supplies. I've never felt rushed, even if there is another customer waiting. I've been the customer waiting and it's never bothered me because I know they'd spend the same amount of time if I had questions. This is my go-to vape store, highly recommend.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I initially ordered a puffco pro online and went into the store to see if it was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he’s encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn’t warrantied wouldn’t you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told “we can’t do anything about it no more” and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers so flippantly.

Highly recommended. The manager has great customer service and was able to rectify a problem we had with a device purchased earlier in the week. His knowledge was vast, he was very helpful, and ultimately we left with a safe and stylish set up. Thank you so much, we can't wait to deal with you in the future!

Was very happy with my shopping experience. My order was incorrect at first and after I spoke to the employees about it,I was assured that they will correct the mistake. Also an employee offered me some bonus coils that he paid for,to make up for the mistake. The employees went above and beyond to answer any of my questions and to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Will shop and order there again,and If you v@pe I recommend you go there too because they have something for every kind of v@per in all different kinds of prices .
