Super friendly and very helpful people. She took the time to meet our need and help us pick out our flavored vape juice. We will most definitely go there again and again. Thank you Nimbus.

Best Shop in New York hands down! Best selection from Vaping to Cigars to CBD, and the friendliest, more informative staff. If you need it, they got it. A must visit!

Great !!!!!! Customer service. And I was completely pleased with The services. I like the fact that Marsha was honest when giving recommendations and didn’t try to force any sales on me. She was genuine and I loved it . I plan on returning for whenever I need and making referrals to this business.

Was running late and needed to pick up some juice for my vape. Called ahead and spoke to a very friendly girl over the phone. I got there a few minutes after the scheduled closing time, but was greeted by a friendly young lady that waited for me to arrive. Despite the fact that I was late she was very helpful and informative. She took her time teaching me about the different tank features and different flavors. I highly recommend this shop as they are honest, friendly and have a very wide selection of products. Thank you!!

Marsha was very kind and helpful. Also very knowledgeable and courteous since she recommended a variety of coils and also notifying me of sales being sent to my email. Great first impression. Definitely recommend to anyone!!
