Super helpful and friendly shop owner. I tried 14 stores in Patch and he was the *only* guy with full Game cigars. Watched him be very thoughtful to two other clients before he was also charming to me. I rarely leave positive reviews just for a quick 3min visit, but his selection, prices, and demeanor really left a great impression on my day.

This is genuinely the WORST smoke shop I've ever been to. For starters they are never stocked, they always say they'll order things but the boss (Ali) never does, the boss (Ali) is also never in the shop so you can't ask him about it yourself. The phone number connected to the store isn't accurate because once again, you cannot reach the boss- who is the person who stocks said store. The tax on things is insane- and they tax on EVERYTHING besides vapes and disposables- I've seen over $10 added in tax to peoples totals. The shop conditions are also terrible, the boss underpays his employees and has them working in literal health hazards- he had also hired an employee that would sleep on the job and get mad at customers for waking her up. There is no working toilet at the shop, roaches and other insects dead or crawling around the store, broken ceiling tiles hanging on by a thread (pieces that look like they are going to fall at any moment), no heat (it's 20°F outside, how can you not heat your store?). I used to shop at this store quite often but hearing and seeing these conditions on top of them not having the products people want to buy, I just can't in good conscience continue to support this place anymore.

Explore this store there is a good variety of selections you can ask for, their service is going better than before giving opportunity to customers who wants a friendly and helpful experience, if there is something out of stock next day is available special with cool mint stuff, try it out guys!!

Really like this place because he's friendly and helpful, and an honest, good guy. Yes, of course it's going to be a little more expensive than shopping online. But to me, nothing beats the face to face with a genuine person, the ability to talk out any problems, and the immediate satisfaction of exchanging money for product(s) in hand, no waiting for shipping etc.
