Dude who works there is rude and disrespectful. I came in and he completely ignored me and helped another customer. I was waiting patiently for around 5 minutes. Finally he rang the customer up then the customer asked to play lottery after he was rung up and was playing approx 100 lottery tickets. I didn't wanna have to continue to wait if they didn't have what I needed. I politely tried to ask if they had what I needed. The dude who works there cut me off mid sentence and stuck his hand in my face and tells me to hold on very rudely. I just shook my head and walked out. After I left, the customer was still playing the lottery smh. I don't like being ignored and then treated like im a piece of garbage. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The two employees which operate this particular location are exceptional, Becky , and not sure of the other staff members name are professionals. My wife and I always have been treated great also with respect and superb customer service....Smokes for Less should be grateful to have employees like them, thank you

Heather who works there is phenomenal. Her customer service is above and beyond as well as her knowledge and helpfulness. The store is beautiful and well stocked and extremely clean. I highly recommend this place!

Just called minutes before closing and Betty couldn’t have been more accommodating. My boyfriend promised me pods and Betty made sure stay open For him. Ps; They are always professional, polite and just cool peeps!

Prices were high, and the kid working there had the personality of gravel. If you don't like your job, give it to someone who needs it.
