The best smoke shop in the block they always have deals and offers

Sold me a fake cookies dual chamber. The part at the bottom that usually shows the color and flavor literally only had a arrow pointing up and down with no listing of the flavor. Instead of owning up to the mistake and offering a refund. I got attitude from the employee & only offered me credit towards something else. I basically felt forced into getting something else although what i originally wanted was fake!!! What a waste of 60$!!

Guess I got them on their day off of customer service. I rang the doorbell twice, no one answered. Another woman rang the doorbell about 5 minutes later. Some woman came out and unlocked the door for us but immediately got on her phone. I asked if they had regular vapes and she was busy just chatting it up on the phone. Finally I got her to acknowledge me and, I asked where the regular vapes were and she said, we don’t have those. I asked who around would she said I dunno and went back to her phone call. Useless employee.

Great place, low prices than anyone around and Mary, at Sky High Exotic, is one of the friendliest, patient and uplifting positive people I’ve met. She is knowledgeable, gives great recommendations when I can’t make a choice and always has a bright smile!
