⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Optimo Cigar on Metropolitan Avenue is hands down one of my favorite cigar shops. They have a great selection of cigars with very good pricing, but what really makes this place stand out is the customer service. Everyone there is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. It has a real family atmosphere they don’t just treat you like another customer; they make you feel like part of the family every time you walk through the door. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or need a recommendation, they’re always happy to help without making you feel pressured. Great cigars, great prices, and even better people. Definitely a place I’m happy to support and recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. My friend is into the cigar culture and I came across this spot with a humidified walk-in humidor(this is a new word for me) and a whole variety of cigars it made buying a gift a breeze. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this smoke shop. Prince, the owner, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has an excellent selection of cigars and smoking products. You can tell Prince takes pride in his business and values great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and an outstanding experience.
