Everyone i have encountered there has been very helpful, very knowledge. As someone brands new to cigar culture, I felt no pressure ave everyone was super helpful. Shout out to Ben, Angus, Chris, Ricky and Oz for all the info, pointers and suggestions. Highly recommend.

Great place and a great selection of cigars. The staff was super friendly as well. The only downside is that you can't bring or smoke your own cigars. They have a sign that's states you must buy a cigar from them, it must be $15.00 or more and you cannot bring in outside cigars. Even if you buy one of theirs.

Elite Cigar Lounge offers a great overall experience, especially if you’re looking for variety and knowledgeable service. They have a large selection of cigars, and the staff is honestly 10/10- super helpful, friendly, and clearly know their stuff. The only downside is the ventilation. When the lounge hits its small capacity (around 5 people smoking), the air can get a bit heavy and uncomfortable. Prices are also a little marked up, but that’s expected with New York State tobacco taxes. Overall, still a solid spot and definitely worth checking out!

Right on time with plenty to choose from really a premiere smoke shop right in the heart of Henrietta! No, I haven't experimented with a cigar lounge, but it looks really upscale and very signature. They even have exclusive parking for the cigar lounge VIP members. I like it a lot. I'll be back.
