To be honest this review is more for this piece of glass than the shop. I bought this on a whim in a rush after shattering mine. In under 24 hours I practically slammed my 32oz owala onto it. No break. I also just dropped it on the floor and albeit I'm not very tall, still no break. I will definitely come back IF this thing ever proves itself to not in fact be indestructible. I went to this shop after trying to go to another recommended shop that was closed for seemingly no reason. Shop was fully staffed and friendly, also helpful without making me feel stupid (I haven't bought any glass in years - I started looking at dab rig stuff). I don't vape so I can't speak to that aspect of the shop, but I appreciated that even though I was just there for a couple cheap bowls they didn't ignore me or pressure me to look at anything else.

Very friendly staff then even listened to my problems for a min. Lol …over all prices are cheaper than anywhere around for the same quality… definitely my go to smokeshop like $7?? Can’t be beat across the way they charge 20 for the same thing also if you come in with CLEAN glass you can make sure it’s what you want for your piece and that’s awesome to me I’m gonna keep going they have hella dope 2 $1 stickers and ones made by local artist so go support

Great place to go, employees are very helpful! They have a large selection at a very reasonable price!

This place is the best smoke shop in Rochester! They have the best selection of everything and are super helpful at finding what you want. They really listen to their customers and make a concerted effort to ensure they are happy with their purchase! They are always welcoming and the atmosphere is excellent! I always leave happy and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend going there for yourself. You'll be glad you did!

Mostly helpful, though some staff is more friendly than others. Sometimes I feel a bit uncomfortable walking in, depending on who is working. The person who seems to be the manager (because he lightly reprimanded the other two employees who working once when I was there) was very helpful.
