Staff is always attentive (Sometimes attractive too pffff). They're always helpful and informative. Bought my last 3 pipes there and 1 more on payment. Also my go to shop for accessories. I cannot see myself shopping anywhere else with the great prices, selection, and atmosphere.

A buddy and I drove all way to Mad Hatters Hide Away, because I viewed their great selection of glass on the website. I would do it again as well the glass selection and the staffs attention to detail was refreshing to be met with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the piece of glass I was purchasing. I am pumped with quality and function of the glass I bought and can't wait to go back and get more. Dorienne and Makaila were awesome to deal with and made sure to find me what I needed to get the rig functioning beautifully.
