The new staff member is one of the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever encountered in my 40 year life. He literally was trying to embarrass me for any question that I asked. I asked about the ingredients in one product and he literally said word for word "That's a crazy question and I don't see why I should have to answer it." I tried to ask about buying wholesale for a discount and he insults me for asking for a discount and asked how much I would have to buy to get one and instead of answering he says to me "how do you think it sounds, you asking for discounts?" He literally refused to answer questions and only responded with insults. Then he goes and tells a female customer that she is beautiful lol wow. This guy obviously has no idea how to talk to people in a professional setting and shouldn't be dealing with customers. I should have left then and there without giving any money to this place but I've been coming here since the day they opened and was so stunned I couldn't even process it at first so instead I bought $40 worth of gummy edibles that didn't have the ingredients listed but that he said had 100mg of THC, which would be four times the dose I'm normally used to, and I've eaten one and it didn't feel like half what I'm used to, probably no more than 10mg, or maybe not even real delta 9 THC but a lesser alternative. I definitely think this guy is lying about products to rip people off and is probably selling these things that aren't even real delta 9 edibles but may just be delta 8 or THCA, and he thinks if he bully's people out of asking questions that he will get away with it. If I hadn't paid cash I'd file a fraud claim with my credit card. I'm never going here again and will just go to the other smoke shop a block away next time, or order these things online where I can actually be sure of the ingredients. This guy is acting like a stereotypical unprofessional street hustler that we used to hate to deal with, and we shouldn't have to deal with that kind of bad behavior anymore now that THC products are legal and we're buying them at a store.

Never felt so disrespected in all my life. Been going to the shop for years and now this morning this dude wants to treat me like the police... Ok.

Just saw a charge from a place called Nirvana on my bank statement, only to find out it was my 16-year-old daughter who made the purchase using my card. I take this very seriously, and I will be contacting the authorities. She’s underage and should’ve never been allowed to buy anything from this business. It makes me wonder why aren’t they checking IDs like they’re supposed to? This is completely irresponsible and unacceptable. I don’t play around when it comes to my child’s safety or my finances.

The guy up front was really nice and helpful store was super clean good vibes in here for sure they seem like a family business reliable place my new go to smoke shop love the guy up front
