Nearly empty shelves and all of its cheap junk, what’s the point of a smoke shop with nothing to sell?

I recently visited this shop it was a great experience! Customer service was amazing I would recommend Lu to anyone. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering all my questions. While he was assisting other customers at the same time. Just overall a great experience. I will definitely be back because of him. And the store has all the products you could possibly need. They’re were always amazing. Until I went in a bought a glo cart that made me extreamly sick. I still have it as well I called and they didn’t offer anything for it. I ended up in the hospital from it. I still have the cart. Which they said they get them from the manufacture but still with that there can be issues. I was gonna keep going there if they offered maybe a new cart or something not a glo cart. But they said we will take note of it. Well I could of ended up with my lungs clasping.
