Great customer service and very welcoming staff. They were patient, helpful, and answered all my questions without rushing me. The shop was clean, organized, and had a good selection of products. Definitely one of the better smoke shops around — I’ll be coming back again.

Stopped by this smoke shop today and honestly the vibe was solid. Staff was chill, answered all my questions without trying to force a sale, and they had way more options than I expected. Store was clean, prices were fair, and they actually knew what they were talking about. Definitely gonna be my regular spot from now on.

It’s the best smoke shop in the Ronkonkoma area! Excellent customer service and unbeatable prices. Moe, the owner is friendly, personable, and keeps the store neat and clean always. And they are open till late 3am. 10/10 experience every time.

Super chill employees, very warm and friendly. Transactions are professional, pricing is transparent. Any employee I’ve interacted with is happy to answer questions and check inventory. S/O to the one guy I always see working there in particular. This store has amazing hours, open pretty much 24/7, and he’s always there for them with a smile and fist bump :) My steady regular spot.

Best shop open from 7am to 3am best pricing all over Suffolks and Nassau really nice and amazing vibe. They also do good deal on bulk product. Come check it out.
