Really cool atmosphere. Quality products. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Upstairs is a lounge, our server was Bradley who was professional and helpful. So were the young ladies downstairs. Great vibe really cool products lots of different things to do and see. I'll probably go back tomorrow after I check out and tour niagra falls.. I "highly" recommend checking it out.

Always a fun adventure. Good products,good prices, really nice lounge area to chill. Staff is always very friendly and polite. Just tried the slushy. Really nice. May do less weed shot next time or get more slush to balance it out though😅 could taste it over the orange and boy did it pack a punch!(medium with a double shot) Made a really nice hike a lot more fun though!🤣🍃

Sent my cousin here for me. Gave him a fake dab pen (he paid $35). QR code doesn’t show lab results. The dab pen oil looks white. You cannot look this brand up anywhere online. RED FLAG. I sent my cousin back today to get me a new one to explain what happened and that it’s suspicious. Why did the guy make my cousin pay ANOTHER $45 for another dab pen. Just BS!! No consideration for the customer at all and on top of that he had to drive a hour out there. Never going here again or would recommend. Planet X clearly is just in it for the money. Not loyalty for their customers 👎 And if anyone can find ANYTHING about this brand of pens please reply because I looked everywhere.

Went here for the first time today, and I can honestly say it is very very very far away from being the last time… What an amazing experience, not only the presentation of the store but also the staff… Five stars for the staff alone… I’m pretty sure the gentleman who helped us. His name was Rich and he knew every answer to every question I had And also explain things even more in depth, which made the experience just that much better…next time I’m taking a picture with the aliens out front lol
