I really enjoyed stopping in here from time to time in the past. Ive bought acouple nice glass pieces. However, the last 3 visits Ive purchased the same product and everytime the price is different. I don't find the pricing to be fair.

First and last purchase. When I got around to using the pen a second time it would not work. The light comes on yet it doesn't charge. I was referred to them by Upstate Cana. I live in Albany and work over 12 hours a day, I didn't have the opportunity to drive back to Schenectady sooner. I only asked to exchange the pen, he would not do it. I only purchased ONE cartridge so the pen was barely used. They guy said that due to the cartridge dripping it sticks and gives a disclaimer. Is it a single use pen then? $14.99 of hard work down the drain, terrible customer service. Shop Amazon instead.

Friendly cashiers, decent selection. It's a small shop so don't go in expecting a huge variety of items but it's great if you just need some necessities.
