I just really like the staff and prices are fair.

Manager Jay is always friendly and helpful with my cigar selection. If he doesn’t have something I want he gets it for me all the time. Always has service with a smile

I have used this shop many times in recent months the service has made me decide to look for another place to buy my cigars. Just today my wife bought my cigars there and had a dispute over the price. The price she was told was an “old” price. If that is the case then change it! The customer service is just awful. I am done with that shop, a shame because they are close and have a good selection of cigars. That’s not enough to keep me going there.

Great prices, really good selection of glassware and herbal supplements as well as tobacco products. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I moved to Yaphank but I still come back twice a month.

With so many smoke and Vape shops in the area, there's plenty of options for consumers. That being said, a shop has to stay relevant to compete. Keeping product selection updated, prices competitive, and knowledge of product s being sold.. None of the above are being achieved here. The service is terrible. It seems customers are more of a bother than anything. And when a question about an item is asked they have absolutely no idea and have no answers to respond with other than the less than pleasant attitude given off.. They're stock in accessories is almost non existent and priced far higher than other competitors in the area. And that is storewide. Unless you want a scrathoff ticket or bottle of water- there's so many better options.
