Bought a glass nail for my dab rig 3 days ago. The bottom of the glass piece comes clean off. Being about the 4th one I’ve bought FROM THEM in the last month and a half or so I decided to visit early morning 12/5/24 to see about getting a new one since this one broke within 3 days. (I really didn’t drop or knock this one in any way.) I was told I couldn’t get a new one without purchasing it or to come back when the person who sold it to me comes back (he couldn’t even tell me when that was or who that was. ). Kid was no help at all and even though I frequently shop at this small business, I won’t be back. (To the kid who was working you look about my age look me up on any social media and let’s have a boxing match.)

Bought a 40 dollar Vape pen that wouldn’t hold a charge had it for 3 days tried to return it just for an exchange and they refused to return it cause I but e liquid in it . The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard how are u supposed to know if it works without using it. If you sell someone something broken you take it back that is what a good business does if u can not return it to the manufacturer you take the lose it’s not customers fault the responsibility shouldn’t be put on the customer that’s bad business!!! Anywhere u go you buy something you try/ use and if it doesn’t work you return it and they will refund you or exchange the product!! I’ll never buy anything there agaiany I’ve spent over 200 dollars this week thier u just lost a good repeat customer!!

Amazing life saving place right up the street. Their card machine was down so I was able to cashapp. I can't tell you how convenient that it. The puppy is a plus too!
