Seeing a lot of complaints. Stop shopping here and then maybe they will improve on their customer service. There's a better place at 97th Street and Rockaway Blvd, open 24 hours and the customer service is great. And right across the street on Liberty avenue is a dispensary which is also great.

Bought an air bar mini from here, had it for 2 days before realizing it was a fake, now i have slight pleuritic pain and may have a lung infection. Needless to say don’t shop here but maybe just don’t vape. This stuff is dangerous and people don’t care who they poison in the process.

Please avoid this place and do not buy anything. The customer service is horrible, and the products are subpar. I purchased a vape here on Thursday, 10/24, and it stopped working by today, 10/30. I paid $20 for it, and the vape was leaking and wet in the sealed bag. I’ve never seen anything like this before, they sell garbage. This vape is rechargeable, but it doesn’t even turn on. They are copying the real products and selling fake ones. STAY AWAY!

The store is very chic and renovated, with many food options as well as the main product. The employees are not only consummate professionals, but they go above and beyond to give quality service. The product itself is also high quality and very fresh, their pre-rolled blunts being rolled with patience and finesse. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a 24 hour smoke shop in the sparse and desolate service desert that is the Kew Gardens. 11/10!
