First time to the shop. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Great variety of different pipe tobacco, as well as cigars. We'll definitely be back in. Only downside, I saw was a little pricey. Side note- Glad I was able to combine one ounce of each for a total of two ounces. Great blend! Definitely enjoying this custom blend in my Nording.

I went there today, my first time going to this place. I was greeted immediately as I walked in with a smile and felt very welcomed. I was asked if I knew what I wanted and immediately was serviced with 10 cigars I wanted. Get friendly service. I highly recommend going here.

Very, very good. Parking is not free, but that's not the fault of the store. (Take coins, the machines don't take bills) The staff seem very helpful and willing to guide in selections. The chairs are comfortable. They offer a wide variety of cigars at every price point as well as pipes and tobacco in both aromatic and standard varieties. The prices are very fair. The only reason for the loss of a star is a personal preference on my part. They sell lottery tickets, which are essentially a poverty tax. It encourages people to hope for a hand out instead of pulling up their bootstraps and earning what they want. Other than that, it's a very fine shop.

My first purchase with this shop was an interesting one that ended up being a great experience. I placed an online order for a box of LFD La Volcada (that's already difficult to find) and was told the item was not available, but would arrive in due time and be shipped upon arrival. The entire period took approximate 30 days, but once I received my shipping notification, my package arrived in only a few short days in perfect condition. The shop was even kind enough to provide a 5 pack of LFD event only cigars as well as a 5 pack of Tour Del Mundo cigars. With this experience, I would tell all potential customers that even in uncertain situations, be patient and trust this shop to take care of your order to the best extent of their capabilities.

Outstanding and unassuming cigar spot. A truly impressive stock of premium cigars. Carlo and Mike are super nice and very knowledgeable. Carlo hand rolls some truly outstanding cigars; I recommend the No 9. I will definitely be coming back on future SYR trips.
