What little hometown atmosphere that could possibly be presented by an establishment like this. I have to say that this won't last. Personally I'll never come back

All of the employees are always helpful, and ask if you need assistance with anything almost immediately after arriving at their shop. They are knowledgeable about their products and once we were given a slide that was the wrong size for a water pipe after ours had broken and they quickly fixed the mistake and apologized as soon as we brought the piece back. It's a good atmosphere. You should check it out.

Great customer service!! Mister night employee was VEEEERY patient and extremely knowledgeable. He even talked me and my fiance into buying more than what we went for, WITHOUT the feeling of being pressured or under the influence!! If I could give 9 out of 10 stars I would!!

Went and purchased JUUL vape pods from this location. The staff is stellar and knowledgeable!! The two wonderful women who helped me have me great recommendations that fit my needs. The select is large ! Whoever is managing this location has done a great job with their staff. I visit Troy/Albany frequently, so know I will continue to visit and spend my money there.. well done team keep up the great work!

I went to the wellness event held at Smokers Choice last week. Everyone I came in contact with at the event and inside the store were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I even got very tired, I have ms, and the sales rep brought me a chair! Everyone is knowledgeable and I learned so much.
