They hired a new girl who doesn’t have a thought behind her eyes and has terrible costumer service skill. She was extremely rude when I asked where the usual worker was and got jealous and enraged. I was extremely embarrassed for her and this establishment.

Bootleg and over priced, plus these places are selling 7 hydroxymitragynine pill which is legal but that what keep these places in bizz, pipe seltion is ok , dude is always smoking inside

Never has the 100 menthol cigarette sleeves I need. Most times the bags of tobacco I buy is way to dry to roll smokes. In there just the other day and tried to ask him a question but I guess talking on his phone for 20 minutes and ignoring me was a higher priority then helping a customer with a question..He should of know after the smoke shop in Chatham closed he would be getting some of their customers and stocked accordingly.I guess I'll travel the extra miles and just go to Hudson where I know they will have what I need.

Absolutely recommend we’re always happy when we leave here & they’re very helpful

Really love the customer service and they have everything with the best products and prices 😇
