Always 30-45 late. On the door it states they are open at 9am but is late everyday, with a very rude attitude

This is my go to vape shop! There’s a large selection to choose from. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. And the prices are affordable. 👏🏼

From the moment I started purchasing my smoking and vaping products from X-hale stores, I’ve always been impressed with their fair prices and outstanding customer service. Product knowledge is also very important. Like the Binghamton and Johnson City Stores, the X-hale store in Vestal has all of those impeccable trades in spades. Fully recommend

Excellent customer service, very sweet workers!!❤️

Good prices, friendly staff, and if they get to know you go even extend you a little bit of credit here and there. great spot
