I'm visiting from the Midwest ,the prices are lower than other places I've been in new York. The associate that waited on me was friendly ,efficient ,and knowledgeable .His name is Isaiah, but I also want the owners to know he's extremely honest. I dropped my wallet in the store when leaving I didn't know it but a few minutes later I was in a car getting ready to leave and he had run to door and flagged me down just in time ,he said my ID I had used was out of state and I needed it . That was so kind of him . Isaiah is a good man

Bought a vape battery less than 90 days ago, they wouldn’t do anything in-store about it beyond a few days and not without a box, even though they had my purchase on file. I’ve been a customer at 4 smoke shops and I haven’t been to one that doesn’t take care of their customers by swapping out the product in-store on the spot. The associates went to extraordinary lengths to provide me with proof of purchase to pursue a warranty with the manufacturer, hence the 2 stars. The original purchase was also a previous generation product sold at full price, which should have been discounted. There are plenty of choices, I’ll be going elsewhere.

Always a pleasure stopping in here. Staff is usually good about answering questions and helping right away.

I love this shop! Truly! I would happily give it five stars as the staff are great, the shop is clean and they carry a great selection. My only suggestion would be that corporate works to keep items in stock. I've had a half dozen times where the shop didn't have any could for the new vape I purchased, hooka supplies, wraps or even common cigar brands. Keeping the shop stocked seems to be a huge problem. Once that's solved I truly think that this is one of the best shops in the area;

The young employee at this store was very disrespectful today. Cursed at me plus he evited me to his privates. I will never go here ever again. (Story), I came in to buy lottery tickets, (only) I don't smoke. He insisted I show my ID for lotto. Never have I got profiled to by lottery tickets in NYS. I told this young man I'm here for lottery tickets, not tobacco products. So I left the store.. I felt like because of the color of my skin he insisted to ask for my ID I'm upset and I was hurt this young gentleman needs more training.
