Went here a couple times and never had a problem. Staff is friendly. But two weeks ago i bought a vape and it doesnt charge. I bought a new charger and it still wont charge. Does anyone have any tips? Am i able to get a refund.

Been coming here since they opened. Staff is awesome, friendly and always recognize my wife and myself when we come in. They have a great selection and great knowledge on the products they sell which is extremely helpful when not sure what to get. I enjoy every minute in the store talking and learning about the products.
