I been coming here for years. They seem to have added new staff the waitress from last night was extremely attentive and helpful . I love the new bar they added the hookah guy on back gave me great advice on what flavors to choose I think his name is Ruby, I would recommend definitely visiting during weekends.

Been to many hookah spots but I heard of Mystique so I had to try. Great service and great hookah. The staff were very attentive. Definitely returning. Name is Cisco and live in Queens so driving to Westbury LI was worth it. Thank you to Mystique and the staff and owner. Love the vibe.

I came to mystique last Thursday for a birthday party. The DJ was outstanding, service was good and the hookah was amazing! I’ve been to mystique before but I’ve never experienced mystique in this light prior. I noticed their Renovating plus they had a new DJ good things are ahead. These changes had to be made.

We were used to come to this place and service was terrible but since last week we already came here 3 times cause Luis rocks, he is so responsible and fast and polite every few minutes he is checking on you and bring charcoal and really had a great experience. He is phenomenal

Had such a fun time! My friends and I will definitely be coming back. Ruben was a great help! Had no idea what flavor to get but he took time to give us some great recommendations. His customer service was definitely a 10/10!
