not the most friendly or accommodating employee. She didn't have what I was shopping for, and kind of looked down her nose at me for asking instead of making any kind of helpful suggestion.

This is the place my husband always gets his tobacco. However, right now he is in California and is much more expensive there so he had asked me to pick him some up here. I do not smoke or chew so I did not know my way around the store. As soon as I walked in an employee greeted me and asked me if I needed help which I did. I explain what I needed and he showed me where it was at. He also asked me if I was a rewards member, which I was not sure if my husband was so we looked up his number, and sure enough he was and that saved me a little money. I highly recommend coming here for your smoking needs. Great customer service!

Very sorry customer service spent over $100 on a vapor system top box mini Kanger tech!! First the battery was not included. So had to go elsewhere because the sales person didn't say that there wasn't one nor did she sell one!? Then after one week the unit quit working so I returned back to the store and got nooooooo offer of exchange or return. I would not waste your time or money with this store because obviously the customer isn't right!! Flow land is professional and more knowledgeable with your needs! TRO stinks!!
