My name is Commander Shepard and this is my favorite store in the Citadel!

I bought a pack of Newport 100s from here. They turned out to be stale, took them back in and explained to the man that they were stale. He proceeds to tell me to call the company, I'm looking at him as if he is crazy now. He says I buy 1 carton and I sell them at a time, they don't sell that well. That further tells me they have been on your shelf to long sir. I didn't show my butt because I was in my work clothes and company truck. I left out and went to foodlion and bought some more cigarettes. I will write a review instead. If you want stale cigarettes and a nasty attitude owner or whomever he was then this is definitely the place to be. I will never buy anything from here again nor do I recommend you to either.

Horrible customer service. Will never go back and recommend you not wasting your money

I have been in and out of this store only to realize the things I buy do not work, I bought a simple hookah pen set bc I just needed the pen and charger. A couple days go by and it stops working, no big deal I’ll just get another one. Then my second pen I bought doesn’t even work once when I finally try to use it, please take pride in the products you sell

Prices are great and the store is so clean and it's not cluttered. You can move around without knocking anything over. It's a really nice store.
