First off It Is a good place to get all your vape needs. The owners son used to be there alot when we first started going and he was great with personal needs we wanted a special juice at a specific strength. He would always call and say when it was brought in. Now the newer ones do not contact me to let me know when stuff is in I have to call to ask and seems to be a lot more inexperienced. I would get told that my order had not arrived yet when it fact it had been sitting on the shelf the whole time waiting. I've just started ordering online on my own delivery if I know they don't have it. Apologies I was at work. if Zack or someone that will communicate with me is there I'll drop by the store personally again

This store is the by the far the worst vape store I’ve been in. They are always out of coils, not to mention, they will tell you to come by on a specific day and they’ll “have” it and never do. Waste of gas and time.

Meh Employees aren't aware of the stock. Called and inquired about a product was told it was in stock... It wasn't. This happened twice. Today I bought an item with a 12 count, but it only contained 7. Called and was informed it was my problem. You gotta stand behind the product you promote.

I have came to this vape shop for years. However I purchased a U-pass urine and Iv bought it numerous times over the years. This time the bottle didnt have a seal, and it failed a drug screening. I think they r selling fake U pass boxes so beware!

Employees here are friendly and, to my experience, knowledgeable on new flavors and brands. (I, of course, have questions every time I see a new flavor on the shelves. Can't help myself. Marketing works.)
