The employee working the day I came in was an absolute ANGEL. I belive his name was Elijah. My tire went flat and he drove me to the tire shop and paid for a brand new $400 tire for me. We got back to the vapeshop and he then proceeded to put the new tire on. I get back home and realize I forgot to buy a vape. Elijah then proceeded to drive 2 hours to my house (he didn't even have a car) and deliver me the vape, and he said it was on the house and that I didn't owe him anything. Also while he was at my house he saved my newborn baby kitten from a 50 foot high tree. I told him that I was gonna call the fire department, but he insisted. My kitten is now a grown cat because of him and he couldn't be happier. On behalf of me and my cat sprinkles, Elijah, we THANK YOU! He truly deserves a RAISE!

Do NOT SHOP HERE! I bought a lighter last night right as they were closing and no I did not check it before I left as the guy was trying to close the store. Get home the butane lighter didn't work. So went back the next morning and told the guy it didn't work and showed him on phone the time I bought it. He then picked up a piece of plastic that was hiding on the other side of the counter and said no exchanges or returns. I explained I can see why on vapes but 1. That sign isn't visible and 2. It's a lighter not a Vape. He then continues to get a very nasty attitude. And at this point it wasn't about the lighter it was directly him! I asked him to call the manager he wouldn't. And I sat down and said we'll I can stay until I speak to him since you won't give me a number to reach him. And that alone whether it be from an employee or if the manager really doesn't care about concerns or his employees is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! At this point 15 min had went by of this guy named MARLY, NOT sure if that's his real name but he works morning and this was Saturday before 12 pm. This child that works there is very rude, and has a horrible attitude. This store will go down fast with those types of ppl working there. Thankfully the vape shop across the street in food lion parking lot has manners and respect unlike these ppl. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE.

I have bought a few vapes from here and they tend to stop working which is annoying when I keep spending money. This store is sometimes closed when it’s supposed to be open but this morning I went at 8, 8:40 and 9:12. They were closed every single time. And when I went at 9:12 the open sign was flipped but there was a bathroom break sign taped to the door. How is the employee gonna get there late then go on a bathroom break. Makes no sense to me, and makes me want to take my business and else where. I have plenty of people who shop here too that have complaints. Must need new management or something.

3/15/22 evening time i was visiting this store I never seen so rude employee to customers I was regular customer. Spent over $1000 there will never come back very bad business
