Hands down, the BEST customer service of ANY vape shop in town! Always greet me and my husband with a smile when we come in. They have outdone themselves this time. I vape a very specific juice and they ordered it and the shipping was behind and it didnt arrive on time. They went out of their way to contact me when it came in. You just dont get good customer service like that anymore. We feel welcomed and like we're buddies every time we come in. (Just an fyi tho, parking kinda sucks in that shopping center but from my experience if you park infront of another business and just run in real fast the other business owners are chill and wont say anything to you)

If you’re looking for cigars keep looking. This is a vape, cigarette shop that has a few cigars. Poor quality and they mix them with the flavored crap. I bought three and they were all on unusable. I’ve been smoking cigars for about 20 years just as a reference.

Just keep driving to the next spot, when I come it’s never stocked I ask for things that should be kept there it’s always “oh check next week” plus there gars are always dry.

Excellent standard shop. And I mean that as a compliment: they're not trying to be a lounge or trying too hard to be something they're not, they just do what they do and do it well. They have a great selection for the shop size, variety wide enough to be good for multiple items but selective enough to be consistently good, and honestly I've never had anything less than a great experience with anyone working there. Every person has been knowledgeable, has had helpful suggestions, and totally professional but not uptight the whole time. Just a solid shop, and as long as they keep it up I'll keep coming back.

Neo's carriers cigarettes and they are cheaper. My roommate loves that. They also are the Cheapest place to get my flowers. The employees are very nice, and very knowledgeable . I will be visiting Neo's again.
