Super cool place with great prices and a drive through. Deducting a point for the major potholes in the drive through and the smaller variety of powder kratom. Would be 3 stars except the staff are honestly the flipping best and a lot of the reason I keep coming back

The guy in there was super helpful and guy made sure I was taken care of very friendly and made sure I was take care of and I will be back always there on this side of town it's my favorite smoke shop

The employees we're awful! One was a complete jerk and the other one was a space cadet. Not very many different products to choose from either.

“Scammed Out of $95 at The Plug Smoke Shop” I purchased a Puffco Hot Knife for $95 from The Plug Smoke Shop, expecting it to work since I bought it directly from their store. When I got home, the product didn’t function at all. I called the shop that same evening, only to be told there were no refunds, but they suggested I speak with a manager. Over the next four days, I called at least three times daily, left my information with employees on three separate occasions, and never once received a callback. Each time I called, I was told to “keep trying to reach the manager,” who was conveniently never available. Finally, when I managed to speak with a manager, they refused to help, claiming that “too much time had passed.” Adding insult to injury, I later discovered that Octopus Garden sells the same product for half the price, and Puffco’s official website lists it for only $35. The Plug Smoke Shop scammed me out of $95—overcharging by more than $60 for a product that doesn’t even work. To top it off, their employees were rude and dismissive throughout the process. If you value your time and money, avoid this store at all costs.
