I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today. After being a loyal customer for over 5 years, I was shocked by the condescending and unprofessional behavior of the representative I spoke with. This experience has truly tarnished my view of your company. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similar experience in the future.

This store is awesome....my number one. always have what I need and I love my usual weekly stops. caleb is awesome and he really knows what hes doing and all the other staff dont make you feel dumb if your just starting out or just simply have a question like some other vape shops...they make you feel like you the customer really matter and they will go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can!

I've gone by this establishment about 4 times over the past couple months and been dissatisfied each time. The last time I purchased some juice they were out of stock of the custom so I bought their 2 for 1 special. Got home and both bottles were expired. Stopped on my way home today and I was the only customer there. They had the custom, but the nic pump wasn't working. The girl at the counter asked a guy in the back and he refused to come out and help her. Not sure who he was but definitely didn't have the customer in mind. I'm gonna stick with kur or order online from now on.
