I searched all over the Raleigh area trying to find a quality vape shop and this place absolutely stands out from the rest. What really sets them apart is their full lineup of Puffco products and accessories which are not easy to find locally. They had everything I needed and then some. The selection is top tier but what made the experience even better was the customer service. The staff was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me get exactly what I was looking for. I completely forgot it was a holiday when I stopped in but they still took care of me without hesitation. Huge shoutout for hooking me up with a Puffco Pivot. That alone made the trip worth it. It is rare to find a shop that combines hard to find inventory with that level of service. If you are in the Raleigh area and serious about quality products this is the spot. I will definitely be back. Easy 5 stars.

Really not sure what the guy with glasses problem is, but I will never enter your establishment again. Beyond creeped out and you're also selling fake nicotine products. Get the metanine off of your shelves. I have never felt so unwelcome at any store as I have when your employee stared me down, unblinking, with no welcome, the entire time. And after I left, he turns to a female, starts smiling and acting normal. God forbid a customer enter your store to buy anything. Never again. As a response to the owner: I was on a phonecall? I did not even have my phone!! It was at my house!!! My Google name is an alias, so you have no idea who I am. I truly cannot imagine falsely accusing a customer of leaving a false review and lying when it's your customer service that needs help. I will absolutely not be coming into your store again. I SAID 'How are you doing?!" And got nothing. He then stared me down the entire time after asking if I needed anything. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. You should be ashamed of yourself and maybe work on your detective work because you are so completely inaccurate it is wild. By the way, I am a woman and your employee is creepy and terrified me with his stare down.

Came in as the cashier was getting called aggressive by a hostile customer, the guy at the counter could not have been more chill. Just thought id write this up cause they seemed to have a good selection and he gave me a good recommendation on some products so thank you. Didnt seem like yall deserved that.

Great store with a very wide range of products across the board. You surely will find what you need. I went in looking for a small water pipe and was pleasantly surprised by the variety unlike other headshops in the area and very at reasonable prices. Dave was wonderful!
