Had a very disappointing experience here after being a loyal customer for a while. I was sold two very clearly fake “Geek Bar” vapes. They tasted almost dead and both started at 89% battery- real geek bars always come with 99% in my experience. I came back to the shop the next day with both vapes, hoping to work something out because I understand suppliers change and stuff happens. The owner/manager first tried to convince me I was wrong (I’ve been using Miami mint geek bars for going on 3 years now I know what they taste/feel like) to no avail and then eventually gave me 1 ripoff geek bar (crystal mary brand). The ripoff tasted bad but better than the fake ones, and I was tired of saying the same thing over and over again so I ended up leaving with three vapes that I didn’t want. No refund, no apology. I’ve also been overcharged by about 10 bucks here on a previous occasion, but wanted to assume that mistakes happen. I’m really not happy. Wasted my time and money and put god knows what into my lungs. -10/10

Their hookah supplies are very limited, including shisha flavors. Stopped by to pick up some mint but they only had the tiny packs. Unfortunately their competitor, Tobacco Land, across the street is no better.

Doesn't matter how much you spend...They want you out as soon as you walk in. Overpriced product and very bad customer service. Shop elsewhere.

Do not use debit they will take your money. They are the worst they will rip you off. They will overcharge you do not trust.
